Prior permission and ATC clearance are required for departing traffic from uncontrolled aerodromes without AFIS within OEJD FIR. Pilots must contact Jeddah ACC on available frequencies or by telephone H24 to obtain clearance. Operations without the required ATC clearance are not authorized.
