Interpretation

Temporary bidirectional runway crossing procedure is suspended per SUP 12/2024. New acceptable RWY 16L/34R crossing procedures: (1) Bidirectional via TWY A and TWY L: aircraft and vehicles shall hold short of CAT I markings/signs and wait for ATC instructions; aircraft must ensure they have crossed CAT I markings before reporting runway vacated. (2) Bidirectional via TWY F and TWY L7: for runway crossing via TWY F, aircraft and vehicles shall hold short of CAT III markings/signs and wait for ATC instructions; aircraft must ensure they have crossed CAT III markings before reporting runway vacated. Note: TWY F holding point CAT I markings/signs are not available. (3) Unidirectional from TWY L5 to TWY D: aircraft must ensure the runway crossing is completed and enter TWY A or TWY F to fully vacate the runway. Pilots exercise caution.
