Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Notamify.com website (the "Service") operated by Notamify ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service
1.1. Notamify, including both the web application and API, is provided for informational purposes only. It cannot and should not be used to make any flight operational decisions. It is designed and intended to be used solely as a supportive, additional tool.
1.2. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information obtained through Notamify with official sources before making any operational decisions.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

2. Accounts
2.1. Creating and using a basic account on Notamify.com is free of charge.
2.2. When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
2.3. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Pro Subscription
3.1. To access Notamify's NOTAM briefing, email briefing, and API access features, users must have an active Pro subscription.
3.2. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of each subscription period.
3.3. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account management page at notamify.com/account by selecting "Manage Subscription".
3.4. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

4. API Usage
‍4.1. API access is provided to users who have purchased API calls, separate from the Pro subscription.
4.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their API keys and must not share them with third parties.
4.3. We reserve the right to limit or terminate API access for any reason, including but not limited to excessive usage or suspected misuse.
4.4. The API is subject to rate limits of 10 calls per minute and a maximum of 10 locations per call. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
4.5. Users are responsible for managing their API usage within these limits. Notamify is not liable for any consequences resulting from exceeding the rate limits.

5. API Pricing and Calls
‍5.1. API calls are charged separately from the Pro subscription. Having a Pro subscription does not include any free API calls.
5.2. API calls are paid for according to the current pricing structure published on the Notamify website, or as per a special deal agreed upon in writing between the user and Notamify.
5.3. Users are responsible for monitoring their API usage and managing their account balance to ensure uninterrupted service.
5.4. Notamify reserves the right to change API pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users with reasonable notice.
5.5. Unused API calls do not expire unless otherwise specified in a special agreement.
5.6. Refunds for unused API calls are not provided unless required by law or agreed upon in a special contract.

6. Limitations of Liability
6.1. In no event shall Notamify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6.2. Notamify does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided through the Service. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.8.
