Interpretation

Amend the RNAV (GNSS) RWY 14, RNAV (GNSS) RWY 32 and NDB RWY 32 approaches to add 200 feet to the RASS block when using CZMD. For the two RNAV (GNSS) approaches, add an operations note that Baro-VNAV is not authorized when using a remote altimeter.
