Interpretation

Temporary operational restrictions are added to AIP Tunisia page AD2 DTKA-10, subsection AD2.20: four-engine aircraft will be instructed to shut down the two outboard engines while taxiing; two-engine aircraft must taxi at minimum thrust; traffic area management guidance will be provided, and pilots must follow tower instructions.
