Interpretation

RNP RWY 04L instrument approach procedure amended due to a crane: LNAV MDA for categories A, B, and C is raised to 850 feet with 1700 metres visibility, height above touchdown 501 feet (600 feet ceiling and 1700 metres visibility); when ALS is inoperative, visibility increases to 2700 metres.
