Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure RNP RWY 04R is changed to increase landing minima due to a crane. Raise LNAV/VNAV DA for CAT ABC to 850-1500M 488 (500-1500M) and raise LNAV MDA for CAT AB to 850-1500M 488 (500-1500M) and CAT C to 850-1900M 488 (500-1900M); change the light note. When ALS is inoperative, increase visibility to 2600M.
