Interpretation

RNP RWY 04R instrument approach procedure amended due to a crane: LNAV/VNAV DA for categories A, B, and C is raised to 850 feet with 1500 metres visibility, height above touchdown 488 feet (500 feet ceiling and 1500 metres visibility); when ALS is inoperative, visibility increases to 2600 metres.
