Interpretation

RNP RWY 04R instrument approach LPV DA and LNAV/VNAV DA minima are changed to CAT A 910 ft/600 m, CAT B 920 ft/600 m, CAT C 930 ft/650 m, and CAT D 940 ft/650 m. When TDZL or RCLS is inoperative, increase RVR to 750 m; when ALS is inoperative, increase CAT A/B RVR or visibility to 1,300 m and CAT C/D RVR or visibility to 1,400 m. Effective daily from 0700 to 1600.
