Interpretation

RNP RWY 23L instrument approach procedure amended: LPV DA changed to CAT A 420/650M, CAT B 433/650M, CAT C 452/700M, and CAT D 479/900M. When TDZL or RCLS is inoperative, CAT A, B, and C RVR increases to 750M. When ALS is inoperative, CAT A, B, and C RVR/visibility increases to 1400M and CAT D RVR/visibility increases to 1600M.
