Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure RNP RWY 23L is amended, changing LPV DA values for categories A, B, C, and D, and revising the ALS inoperative note: when TDZL or RCLS are inoperative, increase CAT A/B/C RVR to 750 m; when ALS is inoperative, increase CAT A/B/C RVR/visibility to 1400 m and CAT D RVR/visibility to 1600 m.
