Interpretation

The RNP RWY 23R instrument approach procedure is amended: LPV DA is changed to CAT A 415/650 m, 292 (300–800 m); CAT B 428/700 m, 305 (300–800 m); CAT C 447/800 m, 324 (300–800 m); and CAT D 474/900 m, 351 (400–900 m). The inoperative-lighting note is changed to require CAT A/B RVR to increase to 750 m when TDZL or RCLS is inoperative; when ALS is inoperative, CAT A/B RVR/visibility increases to 1,400 m, CAT C to 1,500 m, and CAT D to 1,600 m.
