Interpretation

RNP RWY 21 instrument approach procedure amended: LPV DA changed to CAT A 1569/1500 m, 453 (500-1500 m); CAT B 1574/1500 m, 458 (500-1500 m); CAT C 1578/1800 m, 462 (500-1800 m); and CAT D 1582/1800 m, 466 (500-1800 m). When the associated ALS is inoperative, increase CAT A and B visibility to 2100 m and CAT C and D visibility to 2200 m; RVR is not authorized.
