Interpretation

The RNP RWY 03 instrument approach procedure is amended. LPV DA minima are changed to: Category A 1248-1000M, 248 (300-1000M); Category B 1260-1100M, 260 (300-1100M); and Category C 1268-1100M, 268 (300-1100M). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase visibility to 1300M.
