Interpretation

RNP RWY 16 instrument approach procedure amended. LPV DA minima changed to: Category A 854/800 m, 221 (300-800 m); Category B 866/800 m, 233 (300-800 m); Category C 874/800 m, 241 (300-800 m); and Category D 884/800 m, 251 (300-800 m). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase Category A and B RVR/visibility to 1200 m and Category C and D RVR/visibility to 1300 m.
