Interpretation

The RNP RWY 21 instrument approach procedure is amended: LPV DA minima for Category D are changed to 942 feet with 800 m RVR, 332 feet above touchdown (300 feet ceiling and 800 m visibility). The ALS inoperative note is changed: when TDZL or RCLS is inoperative, increase Category A, B, and C RVR to 750 m; when ALS is inoperative, increase Category A RVR/visibility to 1,300 m, Category B and C RVR/visibility to 1,400 m, and Category D RVR/visibility to 1,500 m.
