Interpretation

The RNP RWY 03 instrument approach procedure is amended: LPV DA minima are changed to CAT A 879/750 m, CAT B 892/750 m, CAT C 911/750 m, and CAT D 921/750 m. When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase CAT A, B, and C RVR/visibility to 1,300 m and CAT D RVR/visibility to 1,400 m.
