Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure RNP RWY 08 is amended. LPV minima for RWY 08 are changed to CAT ABC: 850/1100M 258 (200-1100M) and CAT D: 870/1100M 278 (300-1100M). ALS INOP note is changed to require RVR/VIS 1300 when ALS is inoperative.
