Interpretation

RNP RWY 08 instrument approach procedure amended: LPV DA for categories A, B, and C is 850 ft with 1,100 m visibility, HAT 258 ft (200-1,100 m); category D is 870 ft with 1,100 m visibility, HAT 278 ft (300-1,100 m). When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase RVR/visibility to 1,300 m.
