Interpretation

EISG RNP RWY 28 LPV minima are temporarily raised for Category A and B aircraft due to an SBAS missed-approach obstacle-protection review. Category A and B must not use LPV minima below the LNAV/VNAV minima and must use an LPV OCA(H) of 1010 (998).
