VOR RWY 29 instrument approach DoD FLIP minima are changed daily from 0700 to 1500 while a crane is present: straight-in minima for all categories are 981-1500M 492 (500-1500M); when the ALS is inoperative, Category C/D visibility increases to 2300M; and Category A/B circling minima are 1031-2500M 542 (600-2500M).
