Interpretation

In reference to NOTAM B4110/26, OCA (OCH) minima at EPLK are changed as follows: for ILS Z or LOC Z RWY 28, ILS Y or LOC Y RWY 28, and TACAN RWY 10, Category A circling minima increase from 1089 ft (450 ft) to 1149 ft (510 ft); for TACAN RWY 28, straight-in minima for all categories increase from 1041 ft (410 ft) to 1091 ft (460 ft), and Category A circling minima increase from 1089 ft (450 ft) to 1149 ft (510 ft).
