Interpretation

Due to a crane, the ILS Y or LOC Y RWY 28 approach minima are changed: localizer straight-in minima when SDF is not received are 900-2100M for all categories, visibility increases to 2800M when ALS is inoperative, and Category A/B circling minima are 900-2700M.
