Interpretation

Visual departures are available at aerodrome Poznan/Lawica EPPO for IFR flights by day only and between 0400-2000 due to noise abatement restrictions applicable at airport Poznan/Lawica EPPO. IFR flights may be cleared to conduct a visual departure at the pilot’s request or when initiated by an air traffic controller and accepted by the pilot by readback of the ATC clearance. The pilot is responsible for obstacle clearance until reaching 2200 ft altitude; thereafter, climb and routing shall be in accordance with ATC instructions.

THE PILOT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBSTACLE CLEARANCE UNTIL REACHING
