Restricted area EPR129 is active from ground up to FL095 with time-of-day rules: from sunset to sunrise the airspace is unclassified and all flights are prohibited except military aircraft and takeoffs/landings to/from EPCD coordinated with the Air Operations Center – Air Component Command (COP-DKP); from sunrise to sunset all flights are prohibited except manned aircraft with a filed flight plan, operating transponder (Mode A/C or S), continuous monitoring and, if necessary, two-way communication with the appropriate ATS unit, military aircraft, GARDA and ALPHA scramble flights, flights with HEAD/STATE/FFR/HOSP/MEDEVAC/SAR status, and civil UAV flights (excluding ADIZ Belarus and ADIZ Ukraine) coordinated with the Duty Operations Centre – Air Forces Operations Centre at +48 261 828 202. Lateral limits are defined by listed coordinates and follow the state border; vertical limits are GND to FL095.
