Interpretation

For US DOD E-IPL only, the RNP RWY 15 procedure is amended: when the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase visibility to 1400 m. LPV decision altitude minima change to CAT A 422-900 m, CAT B 435-900 m, and CAT C 443-1000 m. All other data remains unchanged.
