Interpretation

The US DoD RNP RWY 01 instrument approach procedure is amended. The LPV decision altitude is changed to 419 ft with 750 m visibility for Categories A, B, and C, and 427 ft with 750 m visibility for Category D. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase RVR or visibility to 1,300 m.
