Interpretation

The US DOD E-IPL RNP RWY 36 procedure is amended. When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase Category A visibility to 1300 m and Categories B and C visibility to 1400 m. LPV decision altitude minima change to Category A 409-800M 279 (300-800M), Category B 421-800M 291 (300-800M), and Category C 440-800M 310 (300-800M). All other data remains unchanged.
