Interpretation

The RNP RWY 04 instrument approach procedure has changed. LPV minima for CAT ABCD are 1850-2700 m, 722 (700-2700 m), and for CAT E are 1860-2700 m, 732 (700-2700 m). When ALS is inoperative, increase CAT ABCDE RVR and visibility to 3400 m.
