RNP RWY 04 approach minima are changed to 1,850 feet with 2,700 metres visibility for LPV categories A-D, and 1,860 feet with 2,700 metres visibility for category E. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase RVR and visibility to 3,400 metres for categories A-E.
