Interpretation

All aircraft arriving at Ramstein require prior permission (PPR). Submit requests by DSN 314-480-2073 or email [email protected] no earlier than 7 days and no later than 24 hours before arrival; a PPR number will be issued up to 24 hours before arrival. Aircraft carrying hazardous cargo, including explosives, into or out of Ramstein must also coordinate with 721 APS/TROC at least 72 hours before estimated arrival via DSN 314-479-4418/4419/4420 or [email protected].
