Interpretation

Due to the establishment of a new air navigation obstacle, the MSA value is changed for the NDB PN sector between 201-019 degrees and the ARP EYPA sector between 202-018 degrees to 2100 ft instead of 1900 ft. This applies to all valid SID, STAR and IAC for Palanga (EYPA).
