Interpretation

The Lower Airspace West and Central Africa chart is amended for Garoua TMA to show vertical limits of FL245 and 900 m ASFC instead of FL145 and 900 m ASFC. The upper limit changes from FL145 to FL245; the lower limit remains 900 m ASFC.
