Interpretation

Effective 9 September 2021, the BISMI holding procedure's maximum indicated airspeed is reduced from 230 kt to 210 kt, and its upper limit is reduced from FL120 to FL090. The minimum holding altitude remains 3,000 ft AMSL; the one-minute leg time and all other published holding parameters are unchanged. Amend AIP Morocco AD2 GMMB-41-1 and AD2 GMMB-41-2 accordingly.
