Interpretation

ILS or LOC runway 19L S-LOC minimums are: categories A and B, 720/24 with HAT 441 ft (500-1/2); category C, 720/45 with HAT 441 ft (500-7/8); and categories D and E, 720/45 with HAT 441 ft (500-7/8). When the ALS is inoperative, increase categories A and B RVR to 55 and visibility to 1 mile, and categories C, D and E visibility to 1 3/8 miles. These changes account for a temporary crane 250 ft GL/490 ft MSL located 2,969 ft north-northeast of runway 19L.
