Interpretation

At Perot Field/Fort Worth Alliance, the RNAV (GPS) RWY 16L approach, Amendment 2, has revised LNAV/VNAV decision altitude of 1145 feet MSL (HAT 422) and RVR 4000 visibility for all categories. With the approach lighting system inoperative, LPV Category E visibility increases to RVR 4000, LNAV/VNAV visibility for all categories increases to 1 1/4 statute miles, and LNAV Category E visibility increases to RVR 6000. Temporary cranes up to 934 feet MSL are located beginning 4,549 feet east of RWY 16L.
