Interpretation

For Blake Field RNAV (GPS) RWY 3, ORIG-A, when the local altimeter setting is not received, use the Montrose altimeter setting. Increase the #LPV decision altitude to 5,529 feet and visibility for all categories by 3/8 SM; the LPV decision altitude to 5,670 feet and visibility for all categories by 1/2 SM; and the LNAV/VNAV decision altitude to 5,979 feet and visibility for all categories by 1/2 SM. Increase all LNAV minimum descent altitudes by 140 feet and visibility by 1/4 SM for category B and 1/2 SM for category C; increase circling category A visibility by 1/4 SM.
