Austin-Bergstrom International RNAV (RNP) Z RWY 18L, Amendment 2, is changed due to temporary cranes up to 767 feet MSL beginning 2,898 feet west of RWY 18L. The RNP 0.24 decision altitude is not authorized. For RNP 0.30, the decision altitude is 939 feet with HAT 447 feet for all categories, and visibility is RVR 4500 for all categories. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase RNP 0.30 visibility for all categories to 1 3/8 statute miles.
