Interpretation

For the Bangor International ILS or LOC RWY 33 approach, Amendment 13, ZUMSI fix S-LOC 33 minimums are changed to MDA 600 feet/HAT 437 feet and RVR 5000 for all categories. Disregard the note requiring CAT E visibility to increase to RVR 5000 when the ALS is inoperative. The change is due to a temporary crane at 291 feet MSL, 1.8 NM southeast of RWY 33.
