Interpretation

For Bangor International ILS or LOC Runway 33 Amendment 13 and ILS Runway 33 SA CAT I-II Amendment 13, the missed approach is changed to climb to 1,000 feet, then make a climbing right turn to 3,000 feet on heading 060 and the MLT VOR/DME R-219 to HOSEP at MLT 37.22 DME and hold. Radar is required for procedure entry, except for aircraft equipped with a suitable RNAV system using GPS, because the BGR VOR is out of service.
