Interpretation

At Bangor International, the ILS or LOC RWY 33 approach, Amendment 13, has revised ZUMSI fix minimums: S-LOC 33 MDA 600 feet, HAT 437 feet, and RVR 5000 for all categories. Disregard the note requiring an increase in Category E visibility when the ALS is inoperative. The change is due to a temporary crane at 291 feet MSL, 1.8 NM southeast of RWY 33.
