CID RNAV (GPS) RWY 27 (AMDT 1B) minima and notes revised: LNAV visibility CAT C is RVR 3500. Circling CAT A MDA 1320 ft/HAA 451. Note changes: when ALS inoperative, increase LNAV/VNAV CAT A/B/C visibility to RVR 4500, LNAV/VNAV CAT D to RVR 5000, and LNAV CAT D to RVR 6000. When local altimeter not received, use IOW altimeter setting: increase LPV DA to 1192 ft; increase LNAV/VNAV DA to 1243 ft and all visibilities to RVR 3500; increase all MDAs by 80 ft; LNAV visibility CAT C to RVR 5000 and CAT D to RVR 6000; circling visibility CAT C/D to 1/4 SM.
