Interpretation

Corpus Christi International RNAV (GPS) RWY 18 Amendment 2A has revised minimums: LPV DA 292 feet/HAT 250 feet with 3/4 SM visibility; LNAV/VNAV visibility is 3/4 SM; and LNAV visibility for categories A and B is 3/4 SM. The 34:1 obstacle-clearance surface is not clear. Helicopter visibility reduction below 3/4 SM is not authorized for RWY 18. The inoperative-components table does not apply to LPV. With the approach lighting system inoperative, increase LNAV/VNAV visibility to 7/8 SM and LNAV visibility for categories C, D, and E to 1 3/4 SM.
