Interpretation

Due to limited staffing and material-handling equipment, KCVS will provide lavatory service only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1900Z to 2300Z, from 21 October 2026 at 2200Z through 21 May 2027 at 2200Z. Aircraft requiring service outside that window should arrange it at a previous or downstream station.
