Interpretation

Dallas Love Field RNAV (RNP) Z runway 31R approach minima are changed due to a temporary crane 4,982 feet southeast of runway 31R at 608 feet MSL, except when ATCT advises that the crane is down. RNP 0.16 decision altitude is 847 feet MSL (HAT 360) with RVR 3000 for all categories; RNP 0.30 decision altitude is 898 feet MSL (HAT 411) with RVR 3000 for all categories. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase visibility to RVR 5500 for RNP 0.16 and RVR 6000 for RNP 0.30, all categories.
