Interpretation

The National Eight Departure takeoff minimums for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Runway 19 are changed to 300-2 1/4, or standard minimums with a minimum climb of 210 feet per nautical mile to 300 feet. Alternatively, standard takeoff minimums and a normal 200-foot-per-nautical-mile climb gradient may be used if takeoff occurs no later than 1,300 feet before the departure end of the runway. All other data remains as published.
