Interpretation

At Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, amended takeoff minimums for Runway 19 are 300 feet and 2 1/4 statute miles, or standard minimums with a climb of at least 210 feet per nautical mile to 300 feet. Alternatively, standard takeoff minimums and a normal 200-foot-per-nautical-mile climb gradient may be used if takeoff occurs no later than 1,300 feet before the departure end of the runway. All other data remains as published.
