Interpretation
For Duplin County RNAV (GPS) RWY 5, amendment 1A, the AWOS is out of service. When the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Clinton altimeter setting, increase all decision altitudes by 45 ft and all minimum descent altitudes by 60 ft, increase LPV visibility for all categories by 1/8 SM, and increase LNAV and circling visibility for categories C and D by 1/4 SM. Baro-VNAV is not authorized when using the Clinton altimeter setting.
