Interpretation
For Duplin County RNAV (GPS) RWY 23, amendment 1A, the AWOS is out of service. If the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Clinton altimeter setting, increase all decision altitudes by 45 ft and minimum descent altitudes by 60 ft, increase LNAV category C and D visibility by 1/8 SM and circling category C and D visibility by 1/4 SM. Baro-VNAV is not authorized when using the Clinton altimeter setting.
