Interpretation

Kearney Regional VOR RWY 18, Amendment 14A, is changed while the AWOS is out of service. When the local altimeter setting is not received, use the Holdrege altimeter setting and increase all MDAs by 80 feet; increase S-18 categories C/D and circling categories C/D visibility by 1/4 statute mile; and increase OKPIE fix minimums visibility for S-18 categories C/D and circling categories C/D by 1/4 statute mile.
